"I recently had a frustrating experience with this insurance agent that I feel compelled to share. Dealing with insurance is rarely enjoyable, but this agent made it particularly unpleasant. When I reached out to cancel my policy, instead of addressing my request respectfully, he chose to speak down to me and push for a new policy. His condescending attitude and lack of empathy made a stressful situation even worse. If you value good customer service and a professional approach, I would strongly advise looking elsewhere."

"Hi Angelina, Thank you for your feedback and for the review! We have never actually spoken. I replied to your email request, and you chose to apply a tone to the facts that I stated in the email after refusing to call my office so my team can help you. We're very sorry to lose your business at my agency, but your case is a perfect reason why I ask my staff to try and help our customers even when they choose to cancel. You are paying far more money with your new company on your new insurance policy for far less coverage. Ethically, I would not be a very good agent if I did not point this out. Additionally, I don't need to "push for a new policy" when you already have a perfectly good one in place. It's definitely your decision to switch companies, just like it's your decision to waste money on anything in life, but can't we both agree, there's far better things to waste money on than insurance in life? Concert tickets, fun restaurants, new clothes... These are all things you could spend the $696 per year in savings on by keeping your existing policy with us instead of switching... Also you increased your deductible from $500 to $2,000 so let's hope your car doesn't get damaged any time soon. Or that you aren't injured in that accident... your new company removed all of your medical payment/ Personal Injury Protection coverage... woops. Thanks for your business. "Liz is fantastic. I've worked with her before on my car and other personal insurance, and it's always been fantastic. She really understands why we might need certain kinds of insurance, and I appreciate it. This week, however, she went above and beyond. I am in the process of expanding my business and she was able to help me navigate getting the business policy I wanted. As a small business owner, it can be tricky to know what you want and need, and honestly, she found the right policy in the timeframe I needed it to happen. Within 24 hours I went from thinking I couldn't get coverage at all, to having exactly what I wanted and needed."

"Almost all of my interactions with the State Farm insurance agent, Mike Doyle, have been through my telephone conversations with his billing specialist Ashley Party. She is a phenomenally competent individual who not only answered each and every question and concern I presented to her but, when necessary, got back to me with the answers to complicated insurance issues in a matter of minutes. Ashley’s performance is responsible for my giving Mike Doyle and his staff at his State Farm office the highest rating I have ever given to any State Farm office or for that matter to any other insurance company with which have ever communicated. "horrible horrible horrible insurance company. If you're looking for a company that raises rates religiously - this is the one you want! I personally saw them deny every claim submitted"

That is not something my agency or even State Farm as an organization have the ability to control. As the cost of everything goes up, the cost of insurance needs to follow, so that we can make sure your claims get handled in the best possible way. On that note, State Farm handles roughly 39,000 claims for home, auto, life, and health insurance per day. It seems highly unlikely that you have personally seen them deny EVERY claim submitted. Additionally, you may recall that we paid out a claim that your family filed last year. If and when you find yourself frustrated with your new insurance company, please give us a call back, we would love to earn your business again! "Initially my experience with State Farm was pleasant. Liz assisted with my Homeowners and Car Policies. After about a year, my car insurance made a significant jump in rates. I called the office and spoke to Ashley who told me she couldn't see any reason why it would it would increase that much. She told me she would reach out to someone and get back to me. Two days passed and I didn't hear anything so I called back. Liz answered the phone and told me that Ashley wasn't in the office yet and she would send her a message to get back to me. Again no one called me back so I obtained quotes from other insurance companies. After waiting a few more days and not hearing anything back, I went with another insurance company. I called and spoke to Ashley to cancel my policies. I asked her was she the person I spoke to regarding the increase in my car insurance? She told me she didn't know. She proceeded to tell me what she needed from me to cancel my policies. I reminded her that a portion of what was paid for my homeowners policy would need to be refunded and we ended the call. I then received a text from her apologizing for not getting back to me and to remind to send the documents needed to cancel the policy. I emailed the documents. I then received a call from Ashley informing me (like I didn't already know) that my Homeowners policy was less coverage for more money. I explained to her that I would rather pay more money, then to have something tragic happen and wouldn't be able to get any help. If no one got back to me when I had a simple inquiry, how can I trust them with my home? My fiancé referred me to Mike Doyle's office and he was really disappointed when I told him what happened."

"I’m 2 days away from closing on a home, and the original home insurance company I was using decided to pull out. I was FRAZZLED to say the least. I heard State Farm was a great choice in the Baltimore area, so I requested a quote online. Not too long after, I got a call from Wisdom, hands down THE best insurance agent I’ve ever worked with. She was calm, knowledgeable, super helpful, and had such an easy going personality. She took me step-by-step through the process, really gathering the proper data on our home so we had exactly the right coverage, which was $700 cheaper than the other company AND better coverage! Wisdom is so knowledgeable—ask her any question or for advice and she’ll take you through some scenarios so you genuinely understand the policy you’re building. All in all, she whipped me up the perfect policy (including bundling car insurance!) THE SAME DAY to make sure we close on time. I’m so grateful for Wisdom and her team. Not only did they save me money, but they were willing to step in and help during a time crunch. GREAT PEOPLE! Highly recommend!!"
