"I highly recommend this insurance agent. I had another agent that retired so unbeknownst to me my account was transferred over to Mike Doyle's office. I'm generally a "set-it-and-forget-it" kind of girlie but needed to purchase a new homeowner's policy with a new home. Liz Nelson is who I mainly interfaced with and was particularly helpful and communicative while we navigated some very complex issues regarding replacing a roof, obtaining a temporary renters policy, helping me get the best coverage, etc. I found out that I didn't need to pay extra for insurance for my storage unit or for the extra insurance that the city tries to sell for covering the sewer line.
Any time I ever had a question or needed assistance I got an answer FROM A REAL PERSON and usually the same person at that! It means a lot to me to be able to develop a relationship like that. It's kind of corny but I felt like I was being taken care of and that my business was important to them.
Out of curiosity I recently called a broker to see if there were better coverage options out there for me and they confirmed that the coverage I have at State Farm is the best and least expensive. Add A+++++ customer service to that and I am a happy customer. (Insert a lighthearted joke about Jake here) So yeah, 5 stars, defo recommend"
